Engaging Families Training

 Engaging families in services can be challenging when families are stressed, over-burdened and fearful or distrusting of programs and systems.

Capital Area Smart Start of Kansas is presenting an "Engaging Families Training" day with presenter Roxanne Emmert-Davis at the Topeka and Shawnee County Public Library from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Monday, June 11. Emmert-Davis will provide information and learning activities to help workers engage families early and for the long haul.
