About the Event
Chris Fisher is hosting the third annual Sporting Clay for Kids Classic to benefit United Way's Young Leaders Society (YLS). In 2010, YLS launched a book reading and gifting program which has read to and distributed nearly 10,000 books to area students. Most recently, YLS has taken on the challenge to develop a Born Learning Trail in the Pine Ridge Housing Development.

- Cost: $40 per entry
- Deadline: Registration ends August 10, or when all times slots are full.
Shooters should bring the following items:
- Shotgun
- 50 Shells
- Eye & Ear Protection (optional)
- Shooting Attire
- Closed-toe Shoes
- Shell Carrying Bag (optional)
Four Shooting Times to select from at 8 a.m., 9 a.m., 10 a.m. or 11 a.m. Shooters should arrive at least 30 minutes prior to Shooting Time for registration.

Chris versus Drew: Pledge Support to help kids!
Use the form below to pledge to support either Chris Fisher, WIBW News Anchor, OR Drew Switzer, WIBW Weatherman in their friendly, inter-office competition to raise the most dollars and hit the most targets. For this part of the competition, Chris and Drew are collecting pledges per target hit. There are 50 targets total. By pledging support per target, you agree to donate the amount pledged multiplied by the number of targets actually hit on the day of the event. (For example, if you pledge $1 per target hit for Chris and he hits 40 targets on August 18 at the event, you would owe $40 to United Way's YLS). After the event, Chris and Drew will total your amount owed based on their individual performance at the event. You will then receive an invoice based on this number and your pledge amount within one week of the event. This contribution may be eligible for tax considerations. Please save your receipt and consult with your tax advisor for information.
